ABOUT ME
Josie (she/her) is from Westport, CT, where she grew up playing music with her dad, working at a trinket shop by the beach during the summers, and training both at school and with Triple Threat Academy. Her first role was Small Alice in Alice in Wonderland, where she got to eat cookies onstage (best. show. ever.).
Josie is currently pursuing her BFA in Musical Theatre and her BA in Psychology at Tulane University. She loves exploring characters through both artistic expression and an understanding of human behavior, and she continues to expand her skills as a versatile performer. Some of her favorite roles include Mamma Mia (Sophie Sheridan), The Laramie Project (Jedediah Schultz & Company), and Into the Woods (Jack's Mom), and she looks forward to every new opportunity to grow onstage.
Outside of theatre, Josie is a member of NJBeats, one of Tulane’s a cappella groups, and is also part of Tulane’s Sexual Aggression Peer Hotline and Education (SAPHE), where she contributes to fostering a safer and more informed campus community. She loves exploring New Orleans with friends, binge-watching scary movies, and spending time with her sisters, Andie and Julia, along with her three dogs back home.
